Kim Kardashian has become a household name, being one of the most recognizable faces in media, and the subject of extensive speculation concerning her faith. The public often questions whether the famous reality star holds any religious beliefs at all, and if so, whether she is Jewish.

Kardashian was born into a strong faith-based household, and her mother, Kris Jenner, was raised Presbyterian. Similarly, her father, Robert Kardashian, was a descendant of Armenian-American immigrants who had embraced the Orthodox Christian faith. Furthermore, Kardashian was raised observing the High Holy Days, keeping kosher, and attending a Jewish school during her elementary years.
Additionally, in 2011, Kardashian married the NBA player Kris Humphries. The ceremony was officiated by a rabbi and incorporated many traditional Jewish elements, including a chuppah, a glass-breaking ceremony, and a recital of traditional Jewish blessings.
Even more evidence of her faith can be gleaned from Kardashian’s social media accounts. On many occasions, she has posted photographs or mentions of activities that contain clear religious undertones. For example, in 2014 she posted a picture of herself wearing a Prayer Shawl, a traditional Jewish garment.
Given all this, it is safe to conclude that Kim Kardashian is Jewish. While she may not speak frequently about her faith, the clues have been there all along, if one takes the time to look. Moreover, Kim Kardashian is an example of the many celebrities who practice their faith behind the scenes, be it discretely or more extravagantly.
