Is Casey Jacobsen A Mormon?
Casey Jacobsen is an American professional basketball player who is currently a free agent. He was drafted by the Phoenix Suns with the 22nd overall pick in the first round of the 2002 NBA Draft. Jacobsen was born in Glendora, California and attended Stanford University.
Jacobsen is not a Mormon and there is no evidence of any LDS affiliation. He earned a degree in communication from Stanford University, where he was a four-time All-Pac-10 First-Team selection and a three-time All-American selection.
Although there is no evidence that Jacobsen is Mormon, he is a devoted Christian. His faith was prominent throughout his college career. He openly gave God the credit for the successes he achieved and the ability to play the game of basketball, something he truly enjoyed. In an interview, Jacobsen said, “I thank God for the talents and the gifts that he has given me.”
Jacobsen is a strong believer and his faith is central to his life.
