A Single Verse Has Power

The following Bible verse reminds us why it is important to spread the word of God and the Bible, one Bible verse at a time.

If you’re interested in a daily Bible Verse, sent directly to your phone: Sign Up Here

“All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.

2 Timothy 3:16-17

It is our goal to spread the word of God. Just as God chooses some people to be Pastors and teachers and advocates for Christianity, we too believe that we have a role in that. By spreading the word of God, we beleive that we are aiding in the education and inspiration of others.

By receiving a little piece of the Bible every day, we are reminded of God and our relationship with Him.

In every situation that we encounter, we can use the Bible and stories in the Bible to teach us how to handle them. Even a single verse can be extremely powerful and can change the way that we see the world.

A single Bible verse has the ability to change the way that you see the world. Through the Bible, we are able to learn how to handle the world that we live in, and all of the situations and potential problems that we may encounter.

If you have ever spent any time reading the Bible, then you know a single verse can move mountains and completely change your perspective.

You could wake up to a Bible verse just like this, each and every morning to start your day.

Daily Bible Verse Example – Romans 12:2

We Take a Modern Approach to the Bible

Historically, Christians weren’t able to read Bible verses on their cell phones – that’s because cell phones didn’t exist, until recently.

If you think that your life would benefit by receiving a single text message from the Bible daily: Sign Up Here

We want to use the tools available to us (technology), to spread the word of God to as many people as possible. That is our principle goal at Bible Hint.

While cell phones and text messages are a more recent invention in technology, technology has continually evolved and has always been around in some form.

There are even plenty of examples of the use of technology in the Bible, here are just a few examples:

  1. Noah bult an Ark with tools
  2. Cain built and designed a city
  3. King Solomon built a temple
  4. Jesus used tools as a carpenter

“Do you see a man skillful in his work? He will stand before kings; he will not stand before obscure men.”

Proverbs 22:29

In the verse above, we see it as our ultimately our purpose to use our “skill” of technology to send Bible verses via text message.

As technology evolves, the ways in which we will read and be exposed to the Bible will change. It wasn’t too long ago that we weren’t able to listen to things like the Bible in an audio format.

Our main goal is to meet people where they are, and to accept modern technology (Cell Phones), as a by product of God himself. If we are all created in the image of God, then all of our actions are also able to occur, due to Him. God created humans, who went on to develop technologies, like your cell phone. This way, we will be able to reach the highest number of people – which is our ultimate goal.

There are also plenty of email based services that exist, but with your email inboxes already flooded with SPAM emails, email is frequently overlooked and ignored. Where as text messages are always opened and are almost never ignored.

We have spent the time to go through the entire Bible, and pick out the most important Bible verses that we wanted to send to our followers. Our verses are always inspirational and are never repeated.

The problem is that people see themselves as Christians, but they know that they need to implement more Christianity and Faith into their lives. But they struggle to come up with a solution to live a more devout life. It is small actions that people can take every day, like reading a single Bible verse, that has the ability to change our lives over time. As you continue to be exposed to stories in the Bible, you will learn the lessons of Christianity and of Jesus Christ and his followers.

So while it would be potentially more beneficial for you to sit down with your Bible, we understand that you live a busy life.

We think a more realistic approach is to have a Bible verse sent right to your phone.
